ShopExpert AI ("the Service") is an AI-powered shopping assistant that integrates with Shopify stores. By installing and using the app, you ("Merchant") agree to these terms.

The Service provides conversational product search, personalized recommendations, product comparisons, and checkout assistance using your store's product catalog. It operates as an embedded widget on your Shopify storefront.

• •All billing is processed through the Shopify Billing API and appears on your Shopify invoice.
• •Paid plans include a 14-day free trial.
• •You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time through the app.
• •Refunds are handled through Shopify's standard refund process.

When using ShopExpert AI, you agree not to:

• ✘Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to promote illegal products
• ✘Reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the app
• ✘Interfere with or disrupt the app's infrastructure or services
• ✘Circumvent conversation limits through automation or scripted access

• •The app uses OpenAI GPT-4o language models to generate product recommendations and conversational responses.
• •Responses are based on your store's product catalog and may occasionally contain inaccuracies.
• •Merchants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their product data (titles, descriptions, pricing, availability).
• •ShopExpert AI makes no guarantees regarding sales results, conversion rates, or revenue targets.

• •The ShopExpert AI app, its features, design, and underlying technology are owned by ShopExpert.
• •Your product data, store content, and branding remain your property at all times.
• •By using the Service, you grant ShopExpert a limited, non-exclusive license to use your product data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShopExpert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Service Availability

• •We provide the Service on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• •We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice.
• •We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice to merchants.

• •You may uninstall ShopExpert AI at any time through your Shopify admin panel.
• •We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
• •Upon termination, all your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
